How it works
01Book your hour.Pick a suite and a time: 60, 90 or 120 minutes. No membership needed.
02Your tub is filled fresh.Drained, sanitized and refilled before you arrive, at the temperature you chose. Nobody else's water.
03The door is locked.Only your code opens it, until you leave. Slip into a robe and stay as long as you booked. Tea is waiting when you're done.

Six private rooms across four kinds of suite. Book 60, 90 or 120 minutes in the First Steep and the Long Soak, 90 or 120 in the Shared Pot and the Full Pour. Costs less than a massage. Lasts a lot longer than a shower.

01Do I have to be a mom?

Nope. We built it with moms in mind, and it's open to anyone who needs an hour. Kid-free applies to all of us.

02When will you open?

We're aiming for fall 2027 and will share an exact date as soon as the space is locked in. Everyone holding a place in line hears first and books first.

03How clean are the tubs?

Every tub is drained, sanitized and refilled fresh between guests. Nobody shares water.

04Can someone gift me a soak?

Yes, starting now. Pick “Give a soak” above and add a note.

05What do I need to bring?

Just yourself. Robes, towels and tea are waiting in your room.

06What if not enough people sign up?

Then everyone gets their money back. If we don't reach 250 founding members by January 13, 2027, every deposit and gift is refunded in full, automatically.
